- Perform exterior and interior cleaning tasks, including debris removal, landscaping, and surface cleaning
- Secure properties by locking doors, windows, and gates after maintenance activities are completed
- Document all work performed with detailed reports and photographs for record-keeping and compliance purposes
- Communicate effectively with team members and property owners regarding maintenance status or issues
- Follow safety protocols and industry guidelines to ensure a secure working environment at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience in property preservation, maintenance, or related fields is preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to access multiple properties across different locations. Able to drive a trailer safely.
