Overview
The Kitchen/Food Service Staff prepares food, cooks and cleans kitchen, utensils, dishes, etc.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare food safely
- Maintain clean environment and hygiene
- Clean eating areas and conference rooms
- Clean dishes, glasses, and utensils
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience
- One year in food preparation environment
Physical Demands
- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
- Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
