Role Description The General Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, responsible for leading and directing a sales team to achieve revenue, distribution, and profit objectives. This role oversees daily sales operations, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and mentorship to sales representatives. The General Sales Manager develops and executes strategic sales plans, manages key customer relationships, and collaborates with internal stakeholders such as marketing, finance, and operations to drive market growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing sales reports, analyzing market trends, planning territory strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
