Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner with experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments to a specific standard, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and/or as part of a team. Must be willing to travel to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and show up.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
