Southern Floors is one of the fastest growing privately owned flooring and installation companies in the Metroplex. With business segments from retail, custom home builders, and volume/production builders, we service a wide range of customers.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Field Supervisor at Southern Floors with in our Production/Volume Home Builder division. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our installation staff and ensuring that projects are completed on time. You will also be responsible for maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Bilingual is a PLUS
Additional qualifications and certifications may be required depending on the specific projects and requirements of the role.
Working knowledge of Buildertrend is helpful.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
