Your Role, Your Impact
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure scalability and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
- Monitor and maintain reliability by identifying defects and implementing corrective actions
- Drive innovation by recommending process improvements and adopting new quality tools
- Share knowledge and best practices across teams to foster continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree in technical field, preferred
- 4 or more years of experience in industrial quality inspection in a manufacturing environment, required
- Ability to read blueprints, familiarity with variety of test equipment, required
- Rail experience, preferred
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- On-time delivery of inspection reports and achievement of quality targets
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and support for team goals
- Reduction in defects, improved process efficiency, and proactive troubleshooting
- Work with advanced technology and contribute to Alstom’s strategic vision

- Salary Range: $50,000-$63,000
