Duties: - Repair tractors, balers, hay equipment, skid steers, lawn mowers, and utv's
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on farming equipment
- Weld and solder as needed for repairs
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of agricultural experience as a diesel mechanic or service technician
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and components
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the role
- Experience with welding and soldering for repairs is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
