What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant, Sr position at Southern Farm Bureau Casualty?
Essential Functions
Create correspondence and other communications; handle correspondence for CEO; open mail and route as necessary.
Maintain accurate records on SFB Casualty Board members; obtain travel schedules for Board members. Perform similar functions for meetings involving state managers.
Answer telephone and provide information to callers or route calls as appropriate; take messages; make appointments; read/print e-mail and respond as necessary; send and receive faxes.
Coordinate employee recognition activities for employment anniversaries.
Maintain meeting files for CEO; coordinate all travel arrangements; prepare receipt for expense reimbursement.
Handle requests for Company plane usage by officers; coordinate scheduling of select conference rooms.
Coordinate with Life Company and states to maintain accurate listings of directors, officers, and managers; maintain mailing lists for CEO.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Experience
Required- 2 year(s): General secretarial, executive assistance, or administrative responsibilities. Experience may be substituted for business school certificate
Education
Required- High School or better
