About the Role:

The Foreman plays a critical leadership role within the manufacturing environment, overseeing daily operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely. This position is responsible for coordinating and supervising a team of workers, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards of quality and productivity. The Foreman acts as a key liaison between management and the workforce, facilitating clear communication and resolving any operational issues promptly. They are instrumental in enforcing safety protocols and promoting a culture of continuous improvement on the shop floor. Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication to effectively interact with staff and management.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical or vocational training is advantageous.
• Experience with manufacturing process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of industry-specific safety standards and compliance requirements.
