- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the credentialing database, ensuring all documentation is complete and properly filed.
- Collaborate with medical staff and administrative teams to facilitate the credentialing process efficiently.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations related to managed care and medical office standards to ensure compliance.
- Prepare reports on credentialing activities for management review.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise during the credentialing process.
Experience
- Proven experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred.
