Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Estimator position is responsible for learning and applying basic estimating skills to create project estimates within our internal systems. Using provided software and training, the Estimator will complete take-offs based on predetermined settings, pricing, and materials. This role is designed as an entry-level position with opportunities to develop knowledge and grow within the company.

Position Responsibilities
- Review project specifications and blueprints to create take-offs within our internal system
- Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure accurate and consistent estimates
- Apply basic problem-solving skills to work through tasks and escalate questions when needed
- Collaborate with the Estimating and Sales teams to support timely project completion
- Complete general administrative tasks, including data entry and file organization using Microsoft and Adobe software systems
- Maintain attention to detail and a willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
