What This Job REALLY Looks Like:

• Working outdoors in heat, humidity, and changing weather
• Fast-paced physical labor
• Early mornings and full workdays
• Lifting, walking, mowing, weed eating, edging, cleanup, and landscape work
• Working as part of a crew that depends on each other
• Showing up consistently and on time

This job is not for everyone and that’s okay.

Some people quit quickly because they realize hard outdoor work is not for them. Others build careers, leadership skills, and long-term stability here.
