What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader position at Southern Elegance Design and Landscape?
Seeking an experienced and detail oriented lawn maintenance crew leader to run a weekly route. We service high end residential homes as well as commercial / HOA properties.
Must have at least 3 years experience as a Lawn Maintenance crew leader / driver as well as the following skills:
Knowledge or proper pruning techniques and experience in commercial landscape maintenance
Able to manage a crew of 2-3 employees
Communicate with management
Clean MVR and current drivers liscense (if you dont have this, please dont apply)
We are looking for someone that is more than just a grass cutter. We want a detail oriented person that will help bring our properties up to another level.
We offer competative pay, 401lk, commission on sales and PTO.
Typical work week is Monday thru Thursday from 7am until 5pm. Occasional Fridays required based on weather and Holidays.
