- Provide administrative and documentation support across multiple departments
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems and assist with internal reporting, data entry, and record management
- Prepare and submit permit applications to local municipalities and maintain detailed permit tracking logs
- Coordinate inspections and ensure all required approvals are obtained in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with internal staff to support efficient day-to-day operations
- Assist with special projects, process improvements, front-desk coverage when needed, and other administrative support as business demands require
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, customer service, or office coordinator role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to the Leesburg, VA office
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with office and field teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
