Grant Writer – Part Time Opportunity - Nonprofit Workforce & Apprenticeship Programs
Location: Florida - Central (Remote)
We are seeking a part time candidate with a background in Grant Writing to support a nonprofit organization focused on workforce development, apprenticeship programs, and labor partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience identifying funding opportunities and writing successful grant proposals, particularly for programs related to apprenticeships, labor unions, and workforce training.
Responsibilities
· Research and identify federal, state, and foundation grant opportunities.
· Write and submit grant proposals and funding applications.
· Work with program staff to gather program information, data, and budgets.
· Track grant deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements.
· Support funding efforts related to apprenticeship and workforce training programs.
Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years grant writing experience.
· Experience writing grants for nonprofits, workforce programs, or apprenticeship initiatives.
· Familiarity with labor union training programs or ERISA/ARISA-related funding preferred.
· Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
