Duties
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Engage with customers effectively, with an effort to sell them a motorcycle.
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles and showroom.
- Demonstrate products and services effectively to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using software tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and follow up post-sale.
Skills
- Experience in sales preferred, preferably in automotive sales or a related field.
- Strong upselling abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships is a plus.
- Willingness to learn.
- Attitude of winning.
Requirements:
- Ability to work on weekends, and have two days off in the week.
- Motorcycle license is not required, but preferred.
