What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Southern Development Management Company?
Experience preferred, must be able to maintain day to day operations of the property, ex. Plumbing repairs, wall repairs and electrical. HVAC along with any prior similar experience is a plus.
This job is ideal for someone who is dependable, more reliable than spontaneous, people oriented, enjoys interacting with people . Daytime hours Monday-Friday 8:30 - 5:30 and able to work after hours emergencies as needed.
