Southern Development & Construction, Inc (SDC) was established 1994 and is a growing private contractor concentrating in complete site development services (underground utility, earthwork, and paving) in the Central Florida area for subdivisions, apartments, commercial and public projects. SDC is seeking EXPERIENCED PIPE CREWS or individuals with EXPERIENCE in underground pipe installation - pipe layer, tail man, loader operators, excavator operators and laborer for underground sewer, water and storm piping.
Must have experience in UNDERGROUND pipe work to include sanitary sewer, storm drainage, potable water, reclaim and fire lines.
Must have reliable TRANSPORTATION to various job sites in Orlando area.
