Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and materials for scheduled procedures
• Perform dental x-rays accurately and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols
• Execute sterilization procedures for dental instruments and equipment in compliance with healthcare infection prevention standards
• Maintain and operate dental equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety
• Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and supporting patient comfort throughout visits
• Implement infection prevention management strategies to minimize risks of cross-contamination
• Ensure adherence to healthcare infection prevention and control protocols at all times
• Manage inventory of dental supplies and maintain organized clinical areas

Experience

• Prior experience working in a dental clinic setting is required
• Proficiency in taking dental x-rays is essential
• Knowledge of sterilization procedures and infection control practices within a healthcare environment is necessary
• Familiarity with dental equipment operation and maintenance is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care are important for success in this role

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
