Job Title: Set Coordinator II
Reports To: Senior Category Space Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Classification: Full Time
Job Summary: This position will be responsible for executing sets and resets in a geographic territory.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Direct activities of Set Coordinator I during account resets.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operates independently and in conjunction with sales or chain personnel in set development.
- Manage the onsite reset process including coordination with employees, retailer, or competitive personnel.
- Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships and product placement for accounts.
- Responsible for strengthening and growing retailer relations.
- Accountable for customer satisfaction.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in strategy, product placement, flow, etc.
- Ability to sustain physical work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to find solutions and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Accountable for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently.
- Possesses a valid driver's license in the state of residence while maintaining a good driving record.
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
Education/Experience:
- Space Planning Plus (SPP) certification.
- Prior merchandising and reset experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Driving 20%
- Walking, standing, bending, lifting, and twisting 80%
