Job Summary: The Service Representative (Non CDL) will be responsible for safely operating a company vehicle to transport beverage products between Southern Crown Partners locations throughout South Carolina.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and secure products to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify transfer orders, invoices, and shipping documents to ensure accurate product movement.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Ensure that all transferred products are delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations applicable to non-CDL drivers, state traffic laws, and company safety policies.
- Communicate with warehouse teams, service teams, managers, and receiving locations regarding transfer schedules, delays, or discrepancies.
- Assist with warehouse functions, including picking, staging, loading, unloading, and organizing inventory as needed.
- Inspect products for damage and report shortages, overages, or quality concerns.
- Utilize handheld devices or inventory management systems to document transfers and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to fuel delivery vehicles to maintain adequate fluid levels.
- Comply with Southern Crown Partners policies, procedures, and all applicable laws.
- Responsible for working with others, building, and maintaining relationships.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to work a schedule that includes early mornings
- Provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Ability to accurately complete all required paperwork, accounting, and documentation.
- Ability to solve practical and simple math problems.
- Ability to work in a friendly manner as part of a team and to develop effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, and their staff.

- Possesses a valid driver's license in the state of residence while maintaining a good driving record.
Education/Experience:
- High School graduate or GED
- Valid Driver's License.
Physical Requirements:
- Valid DOT medical certificate (can obtain with SCP).
- Walking, standing, climbing, bending, balancing, kneeling, lifting, and twisting frequently.
- Vision abilities include close vision, distance, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Driving 30%
- Walking, standing, bending, lifting, and twisting 70%
