Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management.
- Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions and provide pricing information.
- Engage in up-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Process loan applications and assist with financial services inquiries as needed.
- Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with staff members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within financial services or retail environments.
- Strong math skills with the ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately.
- Familiarity with loan processing procedures is a plus.
- Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with customers effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills and other relevant technology tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening.
