SCHHC has an opening for a full-time housekeeper. The housekeeper cleans and supplies patient rooms, nursing stations, lounges, lavatories, offices, the lobby, and any other areas as assigned, in accordance with Environmental Services procedures. Uses cleaning devices such as light mops, wringers, dusters, household-type vacuum cleaners, and other necessary tools, chemicals, and supplies.
Skills, Knowledge, & Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
- Previous hospital housekeeping experience is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a drive to provide exceptional service.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
This is a Full-Time position that is eligible for benefits. * SCHHC pays the full employee-only amount for Health, Dental, Vision, and Basic Life & AD&D insurance. *
