Southern Concrete Materials, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Sales Associate for our Fletcher, North Carolina location. The Customer Service Sales Associate is responsible for building customer relationships and supporting new and existing accounts. This position responds to customer needs, prepares quotes and proposals, recommends appropriate products, and helps ensure a smooth sales experience from start to finish.
Candidates must have strong organizational and customer service skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED and two to three years of related experience are required. Sales experience and an associate degree are preferred.
