- In office position, current working hours for this position are 9am-6pm.
- Greet and assist all guests, employees, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Verify identification and authorization for facility access in accordance with established security policies.
- Issue and manage visitor and contractor badges, ensuring accurate logging and recordkeeping.
- Coordinate with security officers, reception, and facilities personnel to ensure efficient visitor flow.
- Provide information, directions, and assistance to guests and employees as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to visitor scheduling or access permissions.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by facilitating ID badge issuance and access provisioning.
- Prepare daily logs, visitor reports, and incident documentation as required.
- Participate in regular security and customer service training programs.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or security/access control roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in stressful situations.
- Familiarity with access control and visitor management systems preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Must demonstrate integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
