Functional Expertise:
- Process data into asset tracking system and work exceptions
- Analyzes and resolves meter data issues
- Monitors statistical sampling programs
- Investigates incomplete or missing data and works with appropriate parties to resolve
- Ability to interact with and understand multiple pieces of data across multiple systems (MHS, Click, CCB, Mainframe, FlowGIS, 7I, GCMA, etc.)
- Fulfill ad hoc report requests as necessary
- Gather, interpret, and format data and metrics for presentations for internal and external use
- Monitoring, analysis and reporting of pipeline station data
- Analysis of data that supports various Measurement department functions
- Other duties as assigned
- Initiate activities to support the needs and direction of the business
- Evaluate and recommend changes to process when new issues arise
- Provide analytical research and problem solving to identify problems, issues, errors and determine root cause
- Utilizes analytical skills to evaluate data for accuracy
- Identify and evaluate improvements to systems
- Partner with Management to review business processes; identify gaps and areas for improvement, make recommendations based on findings
- Conduct analysis, document findings and communicate to business leaders to drive results
- Follow organizational policies and procedures and ensure compliance
- Manage partnerships and relationships within and outside the Measurement department
- Partner cross functionally and at all levels of the organization to meet business objectives
- Serve as the department lead and provide support in the absence of the supervisor
- Ensure accuracy of work meets departmental goals
