Scope of Work & Responsibilities
The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing janitorial staff, performing cleaning duties, maintaining supply levels, and ensuring client satisfaction. Duties include but are not limited to:
Daily Responsibilities
- Communicate with Account Manager regarding:
- Supply needs at all locations
- Client expectations and special instructions
- Communicate with St. Johns County employees to:
- Address concerns or complaints
- Fulfill service requests
- Follow up to ensure resolution
- Cleaning Duties
- Clean assigned buildings regularly
- Provide emergency cleaning coverage as needed
Supervision & Leadership
- Oversee and train cleaning staff at assigned buildings
- Ensure staff meet Southern Cleaning Service standards
- Enforce company rules and maintain a safe, positive work environment
- Lead by example in professionalism and performance
Team & Operations Support
- Assist with:
- Scheduling and shift coverage
- Supply tracking and restocking
- Communicate with Account Manager and clients as needed
Compensation & Benefits
Pay:
- $700 per week (paid weekly)

Qualifications
- Janitorial/commercial cleaning experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Flexibility for emergency coverage
- Must pass a background check
