We’re looking for a reliable Account Manager to oversee cleaning teams, ensure quality service, and support client needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with the Operations Manager & clients.
- Ensure cleaning tasks are completed to high standards.
- Lead, train, and support the cleaning team.
- Address client concerns professionally.
- Clean Buildings as needed for coverage
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, and supply management.
- Be available for emergency coverage if needed.
