Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting
- Monitor and document patient condition and daily activities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with personal care and daily living needs
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, family members, and supervisors
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Qualifications
- Current Georgia LPN license in good standing
- CPR certification preferred
- Experience in home care or direct care preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Compassionate, patient-centered attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
