Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a pristine, welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently
• Operate various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and janitorial tools effectively and safely
• Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and floor care techniques
• Use cleaning detergents and supplies responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and chemical use
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding their cleaning needs and preferences while providing excellent customer service
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods without compromising quality
• Assist with outdoor work when required, including trash removal or outdoor surface cleaning
• Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly

Experience

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, and sanitation procedures is essential
• Experience with carpet cleaning, floor care, dusting, and outdoor cleaning tasks is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple locations
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling supplies or equipment
• Previous experience in residential housekeeping or hospitality environments is a plus
• Excellent client communication skills to understand and meet customer expectations

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
