We're looking for a Maintenance Technician with some prior maintenance or mechanical experience who's ready to grow their skills in a foundry and machining environment. You don't need to be an expert — if you have a mechanical background and a solid foundation in troubleshooting, we'll help you build from there. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working on equipment with some guidance.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of maintenance, mechanical, or related hands-on experience (industrial, automotive, agricultural, military, or similar)
- Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read equipment manuals and basic schematics
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Assist with diagnosing breakdowns and making repairs to minimize downtime
- Help install, align, and calibrate equipment
- Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate with production
