- Proven expertise in Enrollment Management and Student Recruiting.

- Knowledge of Student Financial Aid processes and regulations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in admissions leadership or related roles in higher education preferred.
