Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Escrow Processor role based in Jacksonville, FL. The Escrow Processor will manage and facilitate the escrow process for real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing documents, assisting with closings, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements. The role also involves direct interaction with clients to provide excellent customer service and effective communication throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Closings, Escrow, and Notary processes related to real estate transactions
- Strong understanding of Residential Real Estate and associated documentation
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and communication
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Relevant experience in real estate, escrow, or a related field
- State certification as a Notary Public (or willingness to become certified) is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or education in real estate or legal studies is a plus
