Psychiatric Technician - TMS/Spravato

We are a leading mental health clinic specializing in innovative depression treatments, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine) therapy. We’re seeking a reliable, patient-focused technician to join our team in delivering exceptional care with empathy, professionalism, and clinical precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer TMS and/or Spravato treatments in accordance with physician protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment, ensuring patient comfort and proper setup
- Build rapport with patients and provide ongoing emotional support throughout their treatment journey
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure and patient reactions during sessions
- Troubleshoot coil placement and system setup to ensure safe and effective treatments
- Administer and review psychiatric rating scales, guiding patients as needed
- Maintain accurate session notes, schedule appointments, and manage insurance authorizations using EMR systems
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and care coordinators across multiple clinic locations
- Assist with general clinic administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- (LVN, LPT, or MA REQUIRED)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical or mental health care required
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support patients with depression and anxiety
- Proficiency in EMR systems and medical scheduling software
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a mental health setting
