JOB SUMMARY:
The Southern California Pipe Trades Administrative Corporation is seeing an Operations Specialist in the Information Systems Department. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees and promoting the goal of excellent customer service throughout the department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The most significant responsibilities of this position are:
- Perform daily jobs per the Information Systems calendar
- Assists with monthly Pre-notes/Flag Updates for pension and V&H, and send to US Bank
- Assists with the checks process and procedures for all funds
- Process daily and weekly jobs for all funds.
- Assists in the process of Quarterly Statements and state quarterly withholding files
- Assists with the execution of month-end procedures for all funds. Uploading of files to Local Unions
- Assists with the process of biannual and annual V&H and Christmas Bonus benefits
- Assists with the process and set up nightly recurring jobs
- Assists with maintaining media inventory, logging of ICI backup tapes, and prep for off-site storage
- Assists with weekly transfers.
- Assists with 401K file processing
- Assist with HRA monthly processing
- Assists with the ordering and keeping inventory of check stock
Other responsibilities may be assigned by Management based on the individual's abilities.
