Southern California Institute of Technology (SCIT) is seeking part-time faculty to teach bachelor's-level courses in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

This position is well suited for engineering professionals and experienced educators who enjoy working directly with students and applying engineering concepts through a combination of classroom instruction, laboratory activities, and project-based learning.

Courses are offered primarily during evening hours, generally beginning at approximately 6:00 p.m.
, and are typically scheduled two to three evenings per week. Courses may be offered in-person at SCIT's campus in Anaheim or remotely through synchronous and/or asynchronous instruction. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to teach in person.

  • Assess student learning and provide regular, meaningful, and timely feedback on assignments, examinations, laboratory work, and projects.
  • Administer and proctor examinations and maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and grades.
  • Communicate with academic and administrative staff regarding student progress and other matters affecting student success.
