Responsibilities
- Aids in conducting training on the procurement systems and provides spend analysis to support category teams' strategy planning.
- Supports continuous improvement projects to deliver small changes on the sourcing systems. Supports sourcing systems management and system enhancement development.
- Assists with migrating data from legacy systems to new systems and validating the accuracy and quality of the migrated data.
- Analyzes and synthesizes data gathered from different applications to generate meaningful reports for distribution.
- Supports system configuration and supports troubleshooting of user and supplier participation issues. Assists with implementing sourcing software systems with business value realization.
- Aids with the integration between platforms with a focus on data consistency, quality, and accuracy.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
- Five or more years of experience in procurement systems, standards, regulations, procedures, and compliance.
- Experience leading, coordinating, and/or facilitating cross-organizational teams to address and solve business issues and problems.
- Experience as functional support with systems and functional areas including Master Data Governance (MDG) / Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) SAP Ariba (SLP, SNP), SAP Risk, iCertis and/or SAP ECC / S/4 interfaces.
- Experience working with business processes and platforms within a Procurement organization as well as operational procurement master data.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience interfacing and collaborating with executive and senior management, peers, departments, and external parties to develop solutions and ensure consensus.
- Experience implementing and enhancing procurement tools, strategies, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- PROJECT REGULAR: This is a full-time project regular positon for an estimated duration of 24 months. This position is eligible for company benefits and incentives during the duration of the assignment.
- This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
