Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries about account balances, billing statements, and payment plans.

- Process payments, adjustments, and refunds accurately in the patient account system.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as billing, insurance, and collections to resolve account discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and account activities in compliance with privacy regulations.
Monday-Friday, Part-time, Hours 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
