- Ensures the confidentiality of customer non-public personal information and secures information systems to comply with bank regulations.
- Manage commercial relationships;
- Act as point of contact for borrowers;
- Prepare loan presentations for new requests, modifications and renewals;
- Monitor construction loans in the portfolio;
- Work with loan coordinators on loan closings;
- Work effectively with coordinators, credit department, loan operations;
- Present credit packages to loan committee;
- Work with loan officer to grow the loan portfolio;
- Analyze financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and recommend loan structures;
- Make recommendations to management regarding product improvement or changes;
- Refer depository and other business lines from customer base to the Branch Retail Manager.

- Excellent organizational, managerial and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical skills; and,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance. (Credit/loan experience may be considered in lieu thereof.); and,
- Two to five years’ experience with lending or commensurate experience.
