**Job Summary:**
This role assists Loan Officers in a variety of duties, interacting with customers, Loan Officers, and Loan Processing personnel to complete tasks associated with loan origination and servicing.
The successful candidate will ensure tasks are completed accurately, timely, and professionally, providing prompt and professional service to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain information related to the loan origination process, including credit reports, appraisals, and title policies.
- Assist loan customers with inquiries regarding payoffs, changes of owner, and note modifications.
- Prepare disbursement worksheets, loan documentation checklists, and other communications necessary to document credit files.
- Ensure all loan documentation and customer information is scanned into the core system in a timely manner.
- File liens, including deeds of trust and notice of liens, to protect the Bank's lien on collateral.
- Ensure compliance with HMDA and CRA regulations.
- Receive and clear tracking reports, ensuring outstanding issues are properly received and documented.
- Perform clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning loan files.
Requirements:
