Digital Banking Specialist

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB

Assists with various digital banking operational duties in order to offer excellent customer service to our branches and customers.

• Ensures the confidentiality of customer non-public personal information and secures information systems to comply with bank regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS          

• Reviews Internet Banking applications, changes, and secure messages;
• Reviews Internet Banking reports;
• Maintains correct data on Internet Banking via data review and clean up;
• Assists Regional Cash Management Specialists with Cash Management set up and customer service;
• Assists Regional Cash Management Specialists with Remote Deposit set up and customer service;
• Performs reviews of Remote Deposit set up;
• Performs reviews of Cash Management set up;
• Performs monthly reporting on Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Cash Management, Telebank, and Remote Deposit Capture;
• Reviews Mobile Deposit transactions and requests;
• Completes and performs any other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
