We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing phone calls, maintaining light inventory, greeting guests, organizing files, shipping & receiving small packages and assisting with various clerical tasks. Additionally, the individual will provide administrative assistance and support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance & Clerical skills
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Clerical tasks and record-keeping
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Access & Power Point
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
