What We Need: Skilled, Professional Caregivers

We are looking for independent, compassionate professionals with proven caregiving experience who can confidently manage:

• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care

• Mobility & Transfer Assistance: Safe use of gait belts, walkers, wheelchairs, and transfer techniques

• Medication Reminders & Monitoring: Supporting clients in following their care plans

• Chronic Condition Support: Experience with dementia, Parkinson's, stroke recovery, or other conditions is highly valued

• Professionalism & Reliability: Showing up on time, following care plans with integrity, and communicating proactively with our office team

Compensation & Career Growth

• Pay Range: $17.00 – $19.00/hour (commensurate with experience and skill level)

• Career Advancement: As we grow, so do you. We offer clear pathways to Care Coordinator roles, where you can manage a caseload and mentor other caregivers.

• Flexible Scheduling: Whether you're looking for 8 hours or 35 hours per week, we work with your availability.

Requirements

• Experience: Demonstrated skilled caregiving experience (private duty, facility, or home care agency background strongly preferred)

• Certifications (Preferred but not required): CNA, PCA, HHA, or similar credentials

• Reliable Transportation: Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and active cell phone

• Service Area: Ability to serve clients throughout Tucson, Green Valley, and Sahuarita
