Southern Arizona distributing:

Is a family-owned, local distributor that distributes a wide portfolio of beverages, including Anheuser-Busch, Miller/Coors, Craft beers, Import beers and Premium Non –Alcohol beverages, as well as fine wines and spirits. We maintain a fine lineup of world class products. Southern Arizona Distributing is committed to the communities it serves.

Position Summary:

Our Merchandising Representatives stock and rotate our products on site at our customer locations. As a representative of Southern Arizona Distributing, they establish and maintain our customer relationships providing best in class services and address all customer needs.

**This position is based out of ourDouglas, Bisbee, Sierra Vista locations which supports customers in Cochise County **

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Schedule (5 days a week) – May include weekends
• Maintain safe attitude and professional behavior at all times
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Work with Merchandising Leadership to service accounts; greet customers, refill/rebuild shelves and displays; prefill and build displays for weekly ad set-up
• Stock and rotate cold shelf/cooler with products from display inventory or from the retailer's backroom
• Fill shelves and displays with products in a manner that is organized and neat
• Support displays with themed Point of Sale material to enhance sales opportunity
• Work efficiently with all tasks and obligations assigned by Merchandising Leadership
• Follow safety protocol and training and maintain a safe environment
• Check and monitor Southern Arizona Distributing and competitive shelf and display pricing

Requirements:

• Be at least 19 years of age or older
• Good communication skills and cheerful disposition
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Frequently required to lift to thirty-five (35) pounds
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must possess a smart phone
• Previous beverage industry/merchandiser experience helpful, but not necessary
• Ability to successfully clear ADOT drug test
• Perform all other duties as assigned

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively to employees of organization.
