As a Service Administrator at Johnson City Kubota, you will help keep service paperwork, warranty claims, and insurance claims accurate, organized, and moving forward

You will work with service managers, service writers, technicians, and parts personnel to gather information, enter data, upload documentation, submit claims, and follow each claim through completion. Previous dealership experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train a strong administrative candidate who is organized, dependable, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

· Prepare and submit manufacturer warranty claims and equipment insurance claims

· Upload photos, repair documentation, and supporting information

· Enter information into dealership, manufacturer, and insurance systems

· Review repair orders and paperwork for missing or incomplete information

· Write clear basic descriptions and administrative notes for claims

· Track open claims, follow up on missing information, and keep paperwork current

· Work with service, technicians, and parts personnel to obtain required information

· Maintain accurate records and assist with warranty parts-return documentation as needed

Qualifications

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and consistent with follow-through

· Comfortable using computers, entering data, and learning new software and online portals

· Able to manage multiple open tasks without losing track of details

· Clear written and verbal communication skills

· Willing to follow a defined process and learn basic equipment and repair terminology

· Administrative, clerical, data-entry, accounting-support, warranty, insurance, or dealership experience preferred

· Equipment, agricultural, construction, automotive, powersports, or dealership experience helpful but not required

· High school diploma or GED

Compensation

$40,000-$45,000 expected total annual compensation (base incentive/commission)

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM-2:00 PM; closed Sundays
