Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $22- $45/ per hour

What You’ll Do

As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will install, maintain, and service commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain and service HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues with accuracy and efficiency
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and performance
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 5 years of HVAC experience in service and installation, or equivalent training
• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC equipment
• EPA or CFC Certification required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on role in a commercial setting. You can expect:

• Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures and conditions
• Frequent standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Occasional driving between job sites
• Exposure to construction materials, tools, and equipment
