Position: Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Pay: $32.00-39.00 per hour, depending on experience spiffs

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Support the development of technicians through hands-on training and mentorship
• Provide top-notch customer service and educate clients on HVAC options.
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
• Work efficiently during standard hours with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in residential or commercial HVAC service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA Universal card required
• Experience training or mentoring team members, strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in various conditions
