About the Role:
As an MDS Coordinator RN at Cottages of Texarkana, TX, your major end result will be to ensure accurate and timely completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for all residents in our facility. Minimum Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of MDS assessments and coding.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in MDS assessment.
- Experience with electronic health record systems.
