Small-home setting (12 elders per cottage)
Private rooms and bathrooms
Family-style living and dining
Deep relationships with elders and consistent teams
As an LPN, you may work in one setting or float between both — gaining a truly well-rounded nursing experience.
💉 What You’ll Do
As an LPN, you are a clinical leader and compassionate caregiver. You will:
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor residents’ clinical status and report changes promptly
Perform wound care and follow physician orders
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and providers
Supervise and support CNAs
Document with accuracy and integrity
Provide education and reassurance to families
Participate in QAPI and quality improvement initiatives
Deliver care that supports dignity, independence, and quality of life
In the cottages, you’ll:
Practice relationship-based nursing
Work closely with consistent caregiving partners
Support a true home-like atmosphere
In the traditional setting, you’ll:
Strengthen your assessment and critical thinking skills
Manage complex clinical needs
Support short-term rehab residents on their journey home
