What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Support mealtime, hydration, and feeding as needed with attention to preferences.
- Take and record vitals, weight, and observations; report changes to nursing staff.
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, range-of-motion, and safe use of mobility devices.
- Keep living spaces tidy, cook delicious meals, help with laundry, and promote a home-like environment.
- Participate in activities and meaningful engagement tailored to each resident.
- Communicate clearly with team, document care accurately, and follow infection-control standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with current state certification.
- Compassionate, patient, upbeat attitude—great with elders and families.
- Team player who enjoys small-team collaboration and flexible tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to assist with light lifting/physical tasks.
- Prior long-term care or memory-care experience a plus but not required.
